For my mom, a walk down Cooper Rd is pretty involved. Three outdoor dogs, and one tiny princess dog, the barn cats, and tangled leashes, make for a nightly adventure. I don't know how she does it. It is cute, however, as it looks sort of like an animal parade. The dogs happily line up, tug and pull at their leads, and the cats, not wanting to feel left out, decide to make the short trek down Cooper Rd. An animal procession, if you will.
When I was little, we had a horse who adopted a baby goat (a kid. ha!). They were inseparable. So if I chose to ride that horse, the goat, longing for its' mother, would jump ship, following us down the road. My Beagle, feeling as if she was missing out on an adventure, felt the need to herd the goat and the horse. Picture: Girl on horse, bahhing goat, and yappy Beagle, all in a line. How embarrassing. I definitely recieved a few bewildered looks as I made my way through our neighborhood.
