This Post is About Carbs and Letting Go.

Oh Hello Monday.  Blah.

Last week was about being letting go.  It was about not worrying about trying to deal with everything and just dealing with something.  Last week was the week from hell.

This week is about re-grouping, not letting go of all that I've accomplished, and deep breaths.

I sound so dramatic.  But if you could know about last week, you'd say it could go eat worms.

So as the week was coming to a close, I did not worry about the 8 million things I could/need to be doing.      I just did stuff.  Like make dinner.  I made the most unMexican Mexican dinner ever.  It was the stuff that I loved as a kid.  The tacos I made where what I thought tacos were.  Now, after being married for two years to a lovely man from Mexico, I've been properly schooled.

At any rate, I realize sometimes you just have to go back to what you know so that you can feel comfortable to go to a place that you don't.

And this dinner was lazy and comforting.

And then I watched Extreme something on ABC and thought man, I should bike 100 KM just like she did.
