{Life} Juniper Street

When I went home to Atlanta for Thanksgiving, my best friend and I drove around the city and took pictures of the many apartments I rented during my six plus years in the A.

691 Juniper St is/was by far my favorite address.  I lived there for two years and loved every minute: the bums, the singing/dancing trans on the corner (I'm serious), the traffic, the views, and the 100 year old building.  It was crazy times, but they were good times.

Also, in the fifth picture, you'll see my crazy best friend waving her arms in the air.  At the time, I had no idea she was even in the photo.  It was only when I came back home to Dallas and dumped these photos on my hard drive that I saw her being silly.  It's perfectly fitting, her doing something like that.

{Life} Quiet Breakfast

I love quiet, solo brekky's; drinking coffee, reading the iPad, enjoying the morning light. Tranquil moments enjoyed just before a busy day begins.

{The Apartment} Bedroom

I've (obviously) taken a break from blogging, but this break hasn't at all included champagne drinking and binge eating bon bons. Bummer, right?
I've been somewhat productive; I painted our bedroom. While there are more things I'd like to do with this room (bamboo shades, an awesome rug, etc) I'm happy with it enough to post photos on here ye blog.
